Relationship Apps for Couples

We build apps that make connection a habit instead of an intention. Four of them, on Google Play and the App Store — shared reminders, date planning, a daily reconnection ritual, and a private space for your own inner work.

The apps

Knowing what to do isn't the hard part. Doing it on a Tuesday when you're both tired is. Each app removes one specific piece of friction.

LoveSync

Couples Reminders · iPhone & Android

Most couples don't drift apart because they stop loving each other — they drift because life gets busy and connection falls through the cracks. LoveSync is a shared reminder system for couples who want to stay intentional.

  • Reminders for date nights, check-ins, gifts and events.
  • Readiness checks ask both partners if they're ready, with advice before each moment.
  • Connect with your partner by code and sync reminders across devices.
  • Daily nudges — the small moments that build a stronger bond.

Best if: you keep meaning to connect and the week keeps winning.

Shuffle Date

Spin Your Perfect Date · iPhone & Android

Turn date night into an adventure. Discover nearby restaurants, activities and hidden gems with one spin — and keep your relationship fresh, spontaneous and fun.

  • "Where should we go tonight?" kills more date nights than anything else.
  • Spin a slot machine to instantly find top-rated spots near you.
  • An AI route planner builds the whole evening — a meal, a scenic spot, a shared activity.
  • Built-in advice before, during and after each date so you connect deeper.

Best if: you want to go out but never decide where.

I'm Home

Arrive home with intention · iPhone & Android

A simple ritual for the moment that matters most: the transition from work stress to home peace.

  • Most couples carry outside stress through the front door without noticing — then wonder why evenings feel tense.
  • A 2-minute guided reset before you walk in: breathe, reflect, set an intention.
  • Like a pocket-sized reset button, so you show up calm and present.
  • Personalised flows, daily challenges and streak tracking build the habit.

Best if: your evenings start tense before anyone's said a word.

Shalema For women

Come Home to Yourself · iPhone & Android

Not a couples app — an individual one, made for women. In a world that pulls you outward with endless feeds, comparison and noise, Shalema gently turns you back inward: to your own body, your own voice, your own values. No streaks, no scores, no pressure to perform.

  • A daily rhythm, not a checklist — short, warm moments that ask only for honesty.
  • The Come Home ritual: a guided exhale and a note in your own recorded voice.
  • Voice notes to your future self, waiting for you on the harder days.
  • A journal that's truly yours, private by default.
  • An optional, opt-in companion built to return you to real relationships, never to replace them.

Best if: the work that needs doing is yours, not the relationship's.

Learn more about Shalema

Why we build apps and not another course

People who spend roughly 90 focused minutes a week talking honestly about their lives, their challenges and their dreams build measurably stronger relationships than people who don't. That part isn't complicated, and nobody needs a course to understand it.

What people need is for it to actually happen on a Wednesday when work ran late and nobody has the energy. That's a habit problem, not a knowledge problem — and habits are what software is genuinely good at supporting. Every app here removes one specific reason the good intention didn't survive contact with the week.

Questions about the apps

What relationship apps does 90 Minutes a Week make?

Four, all on Google Play and the App Store. LoveSync is a shared reminder system for couples. Shuffle Date plans date nights by finding places near you and building the whole evening. I'm Home is a two-minute reconnection ritual for the moment you walk through the door. Shalema is an individual app for women — a private daily space rather than a couples tool.

Are the apps available on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. All four are published on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Which app should we start with?

Start with the friction you actually have. If you keep meaning to connect and the week keeps winning, start with LoveSync. If you want to go out but never decide where, start with Shuffle Date. If your evenings start tense before anyone has spoken, start with I'm Home.

Do both partners need to install the app?

LoveSync is designed for two — you connect with your partner using a code, and reminders sync across both devices. Shuffle Date and I'm Home are useful even if only one of you installs them, though they work better shared.

Is Shalema a couples app?

No. Shalema is an individual app made for women — a quiet daily space to come home to yourself. It pairs well with the couples apps but it's personal rather than shared, and the journal is private by default.

Are the apps a replacement for couples therapy?

No. They're preventive tools built for couples who are basically fine and want to stay that way. If there's abuse, addiction, ongoing betrayal, or you're already in crisis, please work with a licensed professional.

Go deeper than an app

The apps build the habit. The guided audio journeys do the inner work underneath it — a 25–45 minute session paired with a reflection workbook.
