Why I built this
I was married for seven years. When my marriage ended, it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. It didn't explode in one day — it slowly deteriorated over time.
Looking back, I realized that we didn't have a consistent space to talk honestly about what was happening: our stress, our disappointments, our needs, our fears.
I made myself a promise: I would help people take pre-emptive action in their relationships — not just "crisis counseling" when everything is on fire, but small weekly "relationship workouts" — like going to the gym to stay fit, not just to recover after an injury.
I'm an entrepreneur who creates and builds tools that help people navigate the tough moments and become better partners, parents, and people — through guided audio experiences and relationship apps.
The Vision
- Strengthen families and relationships around the world — by giving people the tools to understand themselves and show up better for the people they love.
- Give people practical exercises and real tools for change, not vague advice.
- Use technology to support, not replace, real human connection and honest conversation.
