Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment
90 Minutes a Week, developed by Jacob Lipsky, is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
2. Prohibition of CSAE
The following are strictly prohibited on all 90 Minutes a Week apps and services:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Grooming behavior or any communication intended to exploit minors
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting exploitative content involving minors
- Any conduct that facilitates or promotes the sexual exploitation of children
3. Age Restriction
90 Minutes a Week is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Our apps are relationship tools intended for adult couples. We do not knowingly allow minors to use our services. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
If we identify or receive a report of any CSAE content or behavior on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content and suspend the offending account
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
